"Steve found that the ducts were just laying in the attic and replaced them in 2013, and most recently replaced the coil.  My home was built in 2010. January 2013 I called Steve because ice cold air was coming through the vents found that the ducts were originally not properly installed and that they were, in fact, commercial grade, not residential grade. He and his technician replaced all the duct work in the attic in great time and left no mess behind. In December 2013 he noticed the freon level was low (he said it should never lose freon) and said he would check it again during regular summer maintenance. He searched for the leak in July 2014 during regular maintenance and found the leak in the inside unit (coils) and we had them replaced Aug. 2014 by Steve and Curtis. The part was still under warranty, until Sept 2014, so the total job cost $450.00. His work is exceptional, he is kind and they all answered all my questions!"
